Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY VALIDATING THIS DOCUMENT ON THE WEBSITE, YOU CHOOSE TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

I wish to use the pool and/or hot tub facilities during my stay at the vacation home. By doing so, I acknowledge and fully understand the following:

General Pool & Spa Use Terms

• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY: I understand that no lifeguard is present at any time. I (the renter) am fully responsible for the safe use of the pool and hot tub/spa and for all individuals using them during my stay.

• AGREEMENT TO FOLLOW DIRECTIONS: I agree to follow all posted rules and warnings, as well as any oral instructions from Ron or Christie Humphrey or their representatives.

Pool Cover Policy

• The pool cover must remain closed when not in use.

• The key must be stored in the designated lockbox provided by the owner.

• Children must not have access to the pool cover key.

• Never walk on the pool cover.

Hot Tub/Spa Use Guidelines

• Use of the hot tub/spa and/or fireplace involves risk of serious injury or death.

• Children must never use the hot tub/spa unsupervised.

• Individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart disease, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, etc.) must consult a physician before use.

• Never use the hot tub/spa while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Maintain the hot tub/spa temperature below 104°F for safety.

• Do not walk on the spa cover.

• Always supervise children and test the water temperature before use.

Supervision of Children

• Children under 15 years of age or any child unable to swim must not use the pool or hot tub without adult supervision.

• Failure to comply will result in loss of pool and spa privileges.

Glass & Safety Policy

• No glass containers or bottles are allowed in or around the pool, hot tub, or fire pit.

• Please use plastic cups provided for the pool area.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
I acknowledge that the use of the pool and hot tub involves certain risks. I accept full responsibility for personal injury to myself, my family, and guests I allow to use the facilities during my stay. I release and discharge Ron and Christie Humphrey from any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the facilities.

Potential risks include, but are not limited to:

• Equipment malfunction

• Tripping or falling in the pool area

• Injuries from unsupervised swimmers

• Other risks associated with pool use

In Consideration for Use, I Agree To:

• WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS against the owners and their representatives for injuries or damages arising from use of the pool area.

• INDEMNIFY AND RELEASE THE OWNERS from liability, including negligence, for any loss, injury, or expense suffered during my stay.

• PAY FOR ANY DAMAGES caused by me, my family, or guests through negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

• HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNERS from any liability for injuries or property damage caused to third parties.

• AFFIRM NO DURESS: I have not been pressured to sign this agreement and had ample time to review it.

• CONFIRM I AM OVER 18 and will comply with all rules and guidelines.

• ACKNOWLEDGE THIS DOCUMENT IS LEGALLY BINDING upon myself, my heirs, executors, and anyone acting on my behalf.

I have read and understood this document. By validating it on the website (which constitutes a legal signature), I acknowledge and accept the terms of this waiver. I understand that I am waiving certain legal rights.
